Money Shot is available as is & does not provide warranties of any kind. You assume & take full responsibility of any and all damages or loss from use of, or inability to use Money Shot App or service.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied regarding the Money Shot App or service, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy and freedom from computer viruses or other harmful components.

You assume categorically all responsibility and liability for all harm whether to you or a third party, arising or resulting from your use of the Money Shot App or Service, including without limitation, any damages to your systems or data.

        

Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the author Faulkner Labs or any of its associates be liable for damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, regardless of the foresee ability of those damages, whether in action under contract, negligence or other theory arising out of or in connection with your use of the Money Shot App or Service. This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action.

Unless otherwise stated, Faulkner Labs and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in Money Shot App or Service. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view content for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. \nYou must not: \n-Republish material from Money Shot App or Service. \n-Sell, rent or sub-licence material from Money Shot. \n-Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Money Shot App or Service. \n-Redistribute content from Faulkner Labs (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

 

User Comments

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of Money Shot offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the app. Faulkner Labs or it's associates does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Faulkner Labs or it's associates, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Faulkner Labs shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

 

Faulkner Labs reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

You warrant and represent that:

 

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;​

 

• The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;

You agree to use Money Shot at your own risk & take full responsibility for any damage or injury caused to yourself or third party. You will comply with all drone laws in the country you're flying in, fly safely & responsibly. Faulkner Labs or it's associates will not be held liable for any damage caused to your drone or any other property, or be liable for any injury you may cause to your self or third party. Money Shot provides information that may sometimes be inaccurate, it's up to you to make the final call whether to fly or not."
